Called Super Plumbers to fix (and ultimately replace) my broken A/C unit. The response time was quick, the workers were honest, polite, and professional. I appreciated the full explanation of the problem, and a detailed list of items as to how they would solve it. Highly recommend!

I was in dire need of a replacement for my leaky kitchen faucet. I called DCM Plumbing and Heating and got immediate action.Tommy( he owner) called me and asked what the problem was. He said no problem, I’ll send you a picture of the type of faucet you want. That was as immediate as the call. He promised me the tech ,(Sal) Would be at my house at 8:00AM and did not disappoint. He was on time efficient and because of what’s going on came complete with both mask and booties. He did a beautiful job and left the sink area immaculate. This is a very professional service and I would recommend it highly to anyone that needs a plumber. I will definitely use them again, you won’t be disappointed if you do too!

Seriously disappointed in the HVAC Technician's inability to troubleshoot and repair my air conditioner. They would only see one issue at a time and couldn't get to the root cause. Ultimately they quoted me $550 to replace a $42 part. Only giving two stars because they were quick to answer the phone and show up (although they will charge you for that--fix or not)!

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. Our water heater was leaking oily, sticky stuff. Most of the contractors straight up suggested a replacement without even taking a look. These guys agreed to come and take a look. The technician was able to utilize a temporary fix and said that it would probably last us 3-4 months, tops.
