My A/C stopped making cold air. Called this company and they replied very quickly (within 30 minutes).They visited my home the same day and checked the A/C. While everything looks good, they suspected that it's a breaker's issue. They helped me to reset the breaker, and the A/C worked for a while.
However, the breaker jumped again after about 10 minutes. So I sent a message and they helped me to replace the old breaker. So far it has been a week and the A/C works properly. I am pleased that they replied me and solved the problem in the same day.

AWFUL! Do not use these people! They sent me someone who charged me $475 to fill up my unit with 6lbs of refrigerant. I later found out the 30lb tank is about $500. They charged me about the same for only 6 lbs. A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! .

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. Our boiler broke down and they were very quick and responsive. They helped us diagnose the problem and put a temporary fix in place so we had hot water immediately. They helped us to get it replaced ultimately and fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. They were great to work with. Highly recommend.
