My Wife and I finally decided to get rid of our 40 year old furnace that was beginning to drain our money.

We were lucky to find this company who treated us as we were part of the family. Our furnace was replaced within one day, just as promised. The price was right and reviews were amazing as we were in process to pick the company we trust the most.

I got a hot water pipe leaking this morning at 8 am and called roto-rooter. The tech Mike #4609 showed up on time at 11:30 am and very diligently went between floors to troubleshoot to find the real issue and fixed it. I used roto-rooter 4 times before for different plumbing issues. By far Mike is the best because he is very patiently explaining everything and cleaning up after he finished his job. The rusted pipe was located at a weird location and no way we can fix it ourselves. My husband and I are very satisfied with his work when he left at 3 pm. Highly recommend it!

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.
