Moe was great! We called earlier in the year and he kept our safety a priority (as we suspected that the water heater was leaking gas) and insisted we call PSE&G right away. When we had an issue with the furnace a couple of weeks ago, he answered the phone at 7am and was there at 8. He was incredibly professional, helped us to explore all options, and fixed it within 30 min. Highly recommend Eco Plumbing!

I am so happy and grateful that someone recommended Cronin Plumbing to me. It's difficult to find good quality craftsmen that, more importantly, you can trust! I initially had Pat service my tankless water heater, and install a whole house water filter system. The job was done perfectly and I could tell by the care, neatness, and attention to detail that these guys were good! Since then I've had Pat come back to install a new multi-piece shower system, and replace a toilet and faucet in one of the bathrooms. Then a minor accident caused a small leak in one of my water pipes. I called Pat and he was here in 30 minutes! What more could I ask for? Each time the crew has been professional, wearing masks during the pandemic, cleaning up after themselves, arriving when they said they would and so on. I highly recommend Cronin plumbing and I am so relieved I never have to worry about finding a good plumber again!

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

My shower was not draining and I tried everything to fix it myself to no avail. I called them on Saturday morning and had an appt for the same afternoon. My technician was even early and was able to fix the clog within 20 min. He even gave me tips if I run into the issue again. Sure I didn't want to spend the money but sometimes you need to involve the professionals.

Total scam..bad job..i dont recommend

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

We bought an old home and Kook & Son have been here to help from the start. Howard kindly visited our property personally to put together a proposal for the HVAC. Askash, the plumber was great. He was both knowledgeable and patient fixing and explaining about our radiator heating. I have to also mention Diane who is the executive assistant. She is so professional and efficient on getting the help I need. I'm so happy I found this company!

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
