After we had a different company come to look at our non-working heat and they didn't get it working (after paying them $500) we called Super Plumbers. They came the same day during a very busy period and then Frank, their manager, came himself the next day with the part to check things out and look our overall system. He ended up only charging us for the part and one visit - $175 total - and our heat is working great now. Frank was really responsive and we would highly recommend Super Plumbers.

UPDATE: Now Summer 2018 and we had an issue with our toliet. We again called Super Plumbers and once again they came the same day, no rush charges. Tom & his helper were fantastic - they worked for an hour or so to diagnose the issue, got our toilet working temporarily and left us with several options on how to proceed. Then he didn't even charge us for the visit! Once again we were very impressed with Super Plumbers.

Bunch of liars and crooks with fake reviews. Beware of these guys. Tried to tell me that it would cost $2500 to fix the system. Luckily I found another company and they told me there was only a minor issue that cost me $80 only. When I called them back they started yelling and abusing me

The Technician from AW did a great job finding the issue with my old furnace. He was quite professional, thorough and explained everything.

Roy and Nick, two of the plumbers from Guarini, were able to come a day earlier than expected to fix a gas leak. They were both professional, courteous and overall nice guys. Reasonable prices too. Would absolutely use their services again!

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Great experience. Multiple projects have been done well, work and cost estimates clear, all staff is very friendly. Once only a nut needed to be tightened to stop the leak and there was no charge for the visit. highly recommend.

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

I tried to DIY a clogged drain in the bathroom sink and ended up creating a steady leak. I called this Company around 11:45am and At exactly 3:00pm on the dot, A repairman was at my door.
He was very kind and very professional. Worked for 35 minutes and was out the door. He was able to clear the clog AND fix my mistake...all for the standard service charge.
Definitely will use them again. Thank you for your help.

Other reviews here have noted that they charge a little bit more compared to other plumbers/HVAC companies. The thing is, it's totally worth it. These guys know what they're doing and they won't cut corners. You get what you pay for.

*Update after having our AC units worked on again. Our system had a leak in it, and the work to fix things just wasn't as good as when I originally have these guys a 5 star review. Things were misdiagnosed. The work this time around just wasn't worth the premium they were charging. Downgrade to 3 stars.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
