They were late, scratched the tile by dropping their tools without protecting anything, then tried to doubled the price for the work they themselves inspected and priced. Very unprofessional.

Lou and his Son replaced rusted steam pipes and tuned up our boiler recently. The work was beyond my expectations. I found Lou to be down to earth and user friendly throughout the process. He did not try to sell me anything but pointed out how some things need cleaning instead of just replacing them. I will call on him again!

Zero customer service skills by the technician and they throw random outrageous quotes for work without any breakdown. Whats worse is they have an outrageous service fee of $150. Avoid these guys at all costs!

Seriously disappointed in the HVAC Technician's inability to troubleshoot and repair my air conditioner. They would only see one issue at a time and couldn't get to the root cause. Ultimately they quoted me $550 to replace a $42 part. Only giving two stars because they were quick to answer the phone and show up (although they will charge you for that--fix or not)!

You don’t truly appreciate a good plumber until you’ve dealt with a bunch of them and realize how rare it is to have one show up when they say they will (let alone the right day) and also give you a fair price. Dealt with Marty and Brian a handful of times and they’ve been as professional as you could possibly expect.

From start to finish, Cronin’s reps and technicians were communicative, knowledgeable, frank and courteous. So glad that my internet search for plumbing repair and maintenance brought me to them.

We are so happy we chose Chris and his dad the installation. Even though our project was small and we were on a budget, Royal Heating didn't shy away or make us feel insignificant.
Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers.
When we came home after a holiday and the AC wasn't kicking in, Royal Heating had an employee dispatched immediately.

I was getting appliances delivered and ran into an unexpected issue that required a plumber to finish the installation. Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job.

I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.

We just moved in the area and we come to find a horrible clogged pipe issue as as you can see in the picture as well as other rotten stuff that needed to be replaced. Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
