I had an AC emergency that another company failed to address days earlier, and luckily Super was able to come the same day. Omar was amazing - professional, thorough, helpful, patient. Couldn't ask for more. I will absolutely use them again.

Had an appointment for the morning and called at 12:30 when nobody showed up. They said they would send someone at 3, but nobody came at that time either. Really disappointing since the other reviews seem so positive.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
