Great service. Frank answered right away during an emergency and got the job done. It is a rental property so it was even more of a concern that my tenants regain hot water. It wound up being a smaller issue than i had anticipated. The price was more than reasonable considering the fact that I asked he make it a priority to get to the residence to make sure they did not go without hot water. He was there and got the hot water back on within 20 minutes of me calling.

I had been dealing with a stubborn kitchen sink problem for weeks until I called for a plumber. The plumber arrived on time and exhibited exceptional skills in resolving the issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a long-term solution left me impressed and relieved.

BEWARE!! This plumber told me that I needed to rip up the entire bathroom to remediate a leak telling me the bathroom was not weather proofed & estimated $5k. In actuality all that was needed was silicone & caulking. When I followed up with them they were non responsive & hung up. The guy they sent was inexperienced on & was on the phone with his boss to diagnose the problem in the meantime he needlessly placed 2 holes in my ceiling which I now need to repair. Worst Ever!!

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

We had a gas leak so PSEG turned off our gas. It's winter now, so Rolando had his guys over at my place asap based on how dangerous our situation was.

The next day, our boiler heat exchanger is shot, and right away he replaced that for us. Clear Flow has been so helpful to us and we're so appreciative.

Ivar met with me the same day I called to help fix a regurgitating drain in a rental property. He was organized, respectful, professional, and personable. He spent more than 2 hours on the issue and was positive and professional the whole time. His rate is very reasonable. He would be the only person I call for similar problems in the future. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I called because I had a plumbing emergency that happened on Mother’s Day. They were able to show up early the next morning on time, and fixed my problem. In that I have no issues. My problem is with their prices. I had other small issues I wanted to get address, but I was going to be charged $400 or one issue, plus $500 for another, not including parts. Those prices are insulting. So I had just the one emergency fixed for over $600. If it wasn’t an emergency, and time sensitive, I would have shopped around for a better price. I was dumbfounded by what I was being charged.

We just moved in the area and we come to find a horrible clogged pipe issue as as you can see in the picture as well as other rotten stuff that needed to be replaced.
