Frank was extremely helpful. Our water wouldn't turn off when replacing a faucet, leaving us with leaking water under our sink. We sent him pictures of the issue and he helped us over the phone.

Bunch of liars and crooks with fake reviews. Beware of these guys. Tried to tell me that it would cost $2500 to fix the system. Luckily I found another company and they told me there was only a minor issue that cost me $80 only. When I called them back they started yelling and abusing me

The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. I will certainly contact this company again if I have plumbing problems.

I have had Aladdin Plumbing out twice for different items. Once for toilet repair and once for sewer cleaning. I had a great experience both time. They did repairs same day, were reasonably priced and very friendly. Alex was great and explained everything very thoroughly.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Called Roto Rooter and they had a tech Mike Garrity at my door within the hour. He provide excellent service from beginning to the end of the service. He explained in detail what my issue was and provided me all the options. Fixed the problem, cleaned up well and explained ways to help prevent future issues from arise. This was my first time using Roto Rooter and have to say the company does an excellent job providing incredible customers service and I would highly recommend them.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
