Best A/C System Maintenance in Jersey City NJ

Rick and his son helped me with the gas line to my dryer. They made themselves available last minute, even when it meant coming at 9:45 pm!

Lou and his Son replaced rusted steam pipes and tuned up our boiler recently. The work was beyond my expectations. I found Lou to be down to earth and user friendly throughout the process. He did not try to sell me anything but pointed out how some things need cleaning instead of just replacing them. I will call on him again!

DMC helped us with a faulty boiler that then turned into a replacement of the unit. They were quick to get the problem solved and meticulous in their service. Tom the engineer was patient, friendly and very professional. He cared making sure we got the best service and we were happy with the results. In addition, Nicole is great always willing to help and great with follow-up. I would definitely recommend DMC.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.

Sewage was coming into the garage after a rain, and this company sent their Servicemen out within a few hours to clear the main sewer line. They knew exactly what to do and cleared the line in about 30 minutes.

Always a pleasure to work with them.

Great local plumbing company in Jersey City. They are professional, work hard and were very honest and upfront. I like them a lot and will continue to use them.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Roy and Nick, two of the plumbers from Guarini, were able to come a day earlier than expected to fix a gas leak. They were both professional, courteous and overall nice guys. Reasonable prices too. Would absolutely use their services again!

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

This afternoon, Eric removed our unwanted garburator and replaced it with a drain so we have a second sink. Thinking this would be complex, I expected it to require two visits. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when Eric offered to complete the work today, his first visit

They efficiently identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Their knowledge and expertise saved us from potential water damage. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this company more! When we called, he both responded and made an appointment for that same day. Richie was fast, efficient, and tried multiple methods to solve our problem for us. He even was helpful in providing information for future help to keep the drain from clogging again. Extremely professional and was even great with our dog that gets nervous around new people.

All my outreach (including questions about options, estimate, scheduling) was promptly responded to and the plumbers who came out were on time, friendly, and very professional (they made sure everything was done just right). Highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience working with Chris and his team at Royal Heating and Cooling. Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We received a very good product and service and are very satisfied with our new AC system.

We just moved in the area and we come to find a horrible clogged pipe issue as as you can see in the picture as well as other rotten stuff that needed to be replaced. Glad I found this company, we called a few and this one was the only one that was prompt and professional to take care of the problem. Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
