Best Well Pump Repair And Installation in Austin TX

First time customer. Had evidence of a leak in my kitchen. Technician was friendly and suggested it was prob the dishwasher. While he went back to his truck to get some tools, I took the front off the dishwasher myself and saw the leak. He can't fix dishwashers, so his job was done. So having done nothing but provide the dishwasher suggestion, he hands me a bill for $200. I understand that's what he charges for an hour of work, and his suggestion was right. But charging the full $200 for a suggestion -- not cool. Guess I'll keep looking for a new plumber.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

Had a plumbing emergency; Stan’s answered my call and dispatched someone immediately. Steve G. arrived quickly, assessed the situation, determined the correct repair, and got the job done correctly. 10/10 service. Stan’s will be my first call from now on.
