Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working. I've never had a problem like this before, so I googled companies that do this. The truth I was a little suspicious, because I usually leave this kind of problems in the hands of my friends. I found this company called Turbo, and I couldn't be more grateful. I scheduled a visit, and they came immediately. They cleaned the filters and removed the gunk that might be causing the damage. Now my air works in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

This was the slowest and most inconvenient service I have ever received from a management perspective. Garrison Plumbing LLC gave us a window from 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM; however, the technician did not arrive until 4:25 PM. When he arrived at our house, he required us to pay the $85 service fee upfront. He then took photos and informed me that we would have to wait 15 minutes for Choice Home Warranty to approve the cost. He left our house and mentioned he would come back in 15 minutes when the charge was approved. He was gone for an hour and a half, arriving back to complete the job at 5:55 PM (on a Friday). They proceeded to change out our faucet (which we provided). It took the two gentlemen approximately 25 minutes to finish. It appeared that one of the two gentlemen was receiving on-the-job training. My fiancée and I missed our dinner reservation that we had scheduled weeks in advance because of the delay to the job. They officially left our home with the job complete at 6:20 PM.I want to say that both gentlemen on site were highly respectful and friendly. It's clear that the technicians were great, but the company's management is poor at best.

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor.His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. What a team! these guys will go above and beyond for residential service. They are my go to guys in the Austin area they service some of the nicest homes and the nicest areas and are very well trusted from karl to Mason to Jimmy I can't say enough about them. They are awesome plumbers.

Came out on short notice to inspect a possible water leak under slab. They’re honest and told me there’s a minor water leak, but probably not the root of my foundation issue, instead of charging me for a job that wouldn’t solve my original problem. Highly recommend!
