We have been customers of Plumb-Quick for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have replaced water heaters, unclogged drains and with my recent bathroom renovation they did all the plumbing work. They installed the new bathtub, toilet and re-piped the vanity from a single sink to two. You will not be disappointed in their work. They are fast, responsive and very reasonable. A great company to work with!

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. After a thorough check of the heating system, determined incorrect size of ducting was used causing inefficient airflow to upstair areas. Technician took time to ensure I understood the issue and options to rectify the problem. Went above and beyond what the last technician did. Great assessment of a recurring issue that should’ve been identified earlier by others. Would call again in the future.

Abel is awesome and trustworthy, highly recommend. The solution to our problem could have involved a $1,000+ replacement part, but before he jumped right into replacing it, he tried making adjustments to see if he could save us the money, which worked! He went out of his way to explain the problem, presented my options, and did his best to save us money.

The salesman is a good talker. He talks about what all is going to happen. When the times comes for the actual install, it doesn’t happen and when you bring it to the techs attention, they just say the salesman has no idea what they are talking about. Not impressed one bit by this company. Honestly, go with someone else.Let’s update this review one year later. Conveniently past their “one year labor” guarantee. System is short cycling. They came out and said it’s the thermostat. First they tried to say they didn’t install it, they did. Then they said oops we did but it’s going to cost labor because it’s only good for one year. $289 to replace the thermostat in under 10 mins. The box it came in says the thermostat would cost anyone else who didn’t have parts under warranty $579, I looked the part up and the most expensive I could find was $120. Tech kept complaining about how late it was, sorry I was working during the day. Everything was rushed, especially when asking me what setting I wanted on the thermostat. Did that fix the problem? Nope.Called this morning and they said they would be out after 5pm. The first appt they called and asked if they could come out sooner, I said no because I’m working. Now this appt they call about the same time and say they can’t come at all. Asked about the weekend and nope. I’m busy. Most days I’m busy so when I make an appt, it’s because I have the time. I had the shuffle things around the last two days to make these appts happen but the weekend is a no go. So we will wait until Monday to see if this and now a new problem can be fixed. Honestly run, I’ve never heard of units crashing and burning after a year. Well now you have because I’m living it.

These guys are are awesome ?.They have installed a new water line from the outside water meter to my house as part of an upgrade.2 new bathrubs, faucets, and toilets from putting the pipe, to running the water lines for them, to putting the fixtures.They also have replaced my old tank waterheater with a gas tankless that is awesome!You can never run out of hot water with this thing.I've used others before but none of them have been as honest and upfront about costs than Legit Plumbing.The name says it all I highly recommend them.
