This review is for Alexis Carreras#1068. Alexis came out to unclog our drain this morning on an extremely hot and humid day in Austin.Alexis is extremely professional and personable. He is also very honest and direct. He told us how much it would cost and the terms of the service agreement. He also offered to send out a service person with a camera to ensure there is no major problems with the pipes. He fixed the drain promptly and helped us return our house to normal. we had a toilet problem that another plumbing company told us it would take 4-8 weeks to get the replacement part. After 8 weeks and no help, we called Neighborhood Plumbing who came out the same day and fixed our problem immediately.The lady who answered the phone was courteous & polite. Price was higher than what other plumbers in the area have charged us. They also tried to upsell on a new garbage disposal but couldn’t really provide a reason why. I haven’t used them since.
