S & D came through HUGE for me on New Year's Eve. Of 5 places we called, they were the only one that could immediately send someone to my house and Dustin was there within a half hour. Our regulator on our gas line had to be replaced. He needed the part from a place that was closing soon and he hustled out and picked up the last one just in time. He came back and fixed it up quickly. My gas company really got in the way of making this a simple fix, and I had to call S and D back to see if Dustin could turn around and come back to my house. They said they would check, and Dustin called me back very fast. He was done working for the day, but said he would come back out as soon as the gas company was there. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, and Dustin helped keep the heat on and hot water running for my New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. S & D won my business for life today for being there at a very abnormal time of the day and year, and having a professional like Dustin go above and beyond to help out a customer in need.

18 July. Abacus tells us they will have an employee come out. When 'Sean' showed up 4 hours late. Fine. No worries but Sean ended up FALLING through our kitchen ceiling during his attic inspection. Sean refused to let us call for medical help. Sean begged us not to call the business and he insisted on leaving immediately. He didn't offer to clean the billows of insulation or debris. Sean left and simply told us we would get a call in the morning. We had to wash everything that was outside our cabinets, was towels, sweep, and reorganize. Next morning...no call. We sat here with a gapping hole, a/C escaping, and God knows what. We called family to try to patch it and nothing worked. NO ONE CALLED . We had to reach out at 1....we finally got someone out here at 6pm! AND IT STILL ISNT FIXED!!!! We ordered a damn near 15,000 unit and they won't fix our house!!!!

This was my best experience ever hiring a plumber! Brandon took great care of me. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would do. I was just expecting to get an estimate for a new hot water heater that day and he could have done the install right then and there. I would have expected to have to schedule that for another time. Had two additional problems that he was able to fix and then I had him come back to do the water heater the next day. This plumbing company was recommended to me by a patient who was a retired plumber so I figured they wouldn't let me down, and they didnt. Brandon exceeded my expectations and left the place so clean you would have never known he was there! Thanks again Brandon you did great!

Jim was professional, informative, and transparent when explaining the problems and their respective solutions. Could not recommend this business enough!!
