Dylan, the service technician arrived promptly and was polite, informative and willing to answer all of my questions. He even put on booties to cover his shoes before entering the unit. I wanted a water heater flush to finalize the sale of my condo. He gave good, honest feedback and didn’t pressure me to do more than what was needed. Will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again in the future. Just be sure to have a check handy. There is a 4% service fee for using a credit card.
