I have used Rooter-Man a number of times in the past. This time I just needed the fill valve replaced. I know that the flapper is replaced at this time too. I provided one, thinking it might save me a couple of bucks. Landon used one he had brought with him, which is fine. However, I would have appreciated getting the flapper I had brought down back since it was not used. Not a major deal. A little more communication would have made me totally happy with the service. Didn't use the flapper, you want it back?UPDATE: I got a call from Brittany regarding my review. Landon dropped off a flapper yesterday, same day. Looks like it is better quality than the one I gave him. Rooter-Man truly values their customers as is evident in their action in this situation. Thank you Landon and Rooter-Man!

The plumber was very professional. He explained the problem with my old faucet and he helped me to get in touch with the makers of the old faucet to get the lifetime guarantee that was due. Had a clogged shower and Steven arrived within an hour to fix it. He was professional and thorough and also flushed my Tankless water heaters while he was here, which they needed badly. I would recommend this company and Steven anytime!

I had a power issue that I though was generated by a faulty breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and was still having an issue. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a reasonable date later in the week as it was a holiday weekend. Mike called me and came out on a holiday Monday to help. I was not home so my wife Facetimed me in order to consult with Mike. He checked my work in the breaker box and confirmed I wired the breaker correctly and that power was accurately getting to the breaker. He then proceeded to check an additional GFI on an outlet in the garage. with a simple click, everything was back on. I was embarrassed not to know the fix was so simple and skip this step in my troubleshooting. Mike did not rub my oversight in and after solving the problem did not even charge us!! We have used these guys since we moved into this house 5 years ago and we will continue to be loyal to them. Mike, thanks again for your service.

We’ve known Danny for about 5 years now when his construction company, CapTex, built our mother in law suite. He has since become just like part of our family. So much so, that even our children call him Uncle Danny! He is a great friend and great person, always looking out for us when we need projects done. His guys at Indigo are just as friendly and reliable. They are always courteous and polite when working at our home. And always show up when they say they will and work fast and diligently. They worked so hard getting our hot water heaters back up and running after the winter storm and we are very grateful for that.
