Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

You cannot trust the prices they quote. Called for a kitchen sink clog. Was quoted a price. Confirmed that the price was for fixing a kitchen sink clog, not an issue with my main sewer line. Waited for the plumber to come out. Was almost immediately told by the plumber that the price was about $400 more than quoted. Talked to supervisor and was told the person on the phone was wrong and their phone center had been giving out bad quotes recently. Supervisor also told me they charge more than the quoted price just as a service fee. About the only good thing is that they agreed not to charge me the service fee for coming out and doing nothing because they gave me a bad price quote.

Reached out to Nathan yesterday for an issue with our water heater pilot light. He was great in communicating with us about what might be going on, helped us get the heater up and running again, and worked out an action plan depending whether the issue recurs. In addition he gave us a timeline on getting parts if needed and how quickly he could get them installed. It's nice finding people passionate about their craft and willing to share transparently to get the job done right. Recommend reaching out to Nathan!

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!
