Best Pool Leaks in Austin TX

Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

I was hopeful to be supporting a locally owned and operated business and had requested a quote. The plumber came for our diagnostic appointment and we went through the various projects that I was looking to complete and I thought the diagnostic went well and was informed that I would need a clean out installed prior to starting work. Austin water completed work fairly quickly and I reached back out to Austin Plumbery requesting the quote that had been promised. It took over a month and a half and several requests to finally get the quote. When I reviewed the quote. It was as if everything we went through wasn’t even noted and only one of the work requests I had asked for was quoted. I feel completely gypped. Ok, I understand if you have to charge a diagnostic fee, but come diagnose and not even remember or move forward with requests afterwards is poor customer service. I will not be moving forward with the work with this company. The lack of attention to detail is a clear red flag to any future work.

Jonathan did an excellent job and kept me informed as he went about completing the repair. He also did a nice job of cleaning up after he was finished. Would highly recommend his service.

Brian and Mike came out to clear a clogged sewer line. They were professional, quick, and super nice. They arrived on time, which was only 2 hours after we called them. I would definitely choose them again!

Mr. Rodriguez was very polite and professional, taking the time to explain what our issues were and how they could be repaired. He did so in a timely manner and Efficient A/C and Electric had excellent rates for the service provided. I recommend this company to any family and be sure to ask for Mr. Ernest Rodriguez.
