Best Piping System in Austin TX

We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Unfortunately I’ve had to call several HVAC services to help diagnose my furnace over the past year. ABACUS sent Nick, who was by far the most thorough, professional, and knowledgeable technician. He took his time found the issue and thoroughly explained his findings.

We discovered a leaking hot water heater after work hours on Friday. I emailed COLD IS ON THE RIGHT the details of our situation and left a voice mail requesting Saturday service. The office called Saturday morning and asked me to confirm details. I was told a plumber would contact me shortly to ask some questions to make sure they would have what they needed on the truck. The plumbers, Bren & Mike, arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves, diagnosed the problem, explained two options with recommendations and went to work. While here they repaired two faucets and reprogrammed our water softener. Both Bren and Mike are very knowledgeable and professional. COLD IS ON THE RIGHT sets a high standard, is very customer service oriented and reasonably priced. I would gladly hire them again.

Manny at Plumb Masters/Doctors is a true professional who knows how to statisfy customers. I'm someone who could have done the repair himself, but chose to spend time elsewhere. He was cool with this and went above and beyond. 100% satisfied.

Outside of AT&T, quite possibly the worst customer service you will ever experience. My story is far too long for a review but do know, I don't review lightly and this review is strictly to warn others and encourage them to source alternatives. It's like they didn't even want the job. Then I talked to other alternatives and they proceeded to list a litany of situations this company has screwed over others. It's laughable guys. Run!
