I had floor installation done thru Home Depot. Ars was contracted thru Home Depot to remove and install new toilets. Ars said that the toilet upstairs need a new flanged. Which I told them to go ahead and replaced. The price changed multiple times. They said because they are a premium company. A fancy word to charge more. This was done less than two years ago. Toilet plumbing is leaking. They damaged the piping. The company doing the repairs is alot cheaper than ARS and they are doing more work. Ars was also contracted to take the toilets away. And they plumber was angry about that. I argued with him about it and he called his supervisor. His supervisor told him to just take them. Overpriced and poor craftsmanship on work performed. The plumber said that the pvc pipe was damaged and that ARS fixed it will silicone instead of replacing the pipe.

My wife and I have used Garrison’s services several times over the past couple of years at our house in south Austin for everything from installing a new shower to repairing our kitchen sink and tankless water heater. They are very professional and timely and are reasonably priced. I’m glad to have finally found such great plumbers and I would highly recommend them to all in the Austin area.
