I first want to mention Danielle, she was curtious and professional. She was just very understanding of my situation. Now I want to acknowledge the guys that came out and fixed the issues the house I moved into recently. They kind, informative, and did a great job! Robert and Greg were awesome and efficient! Every need was addressed and almost everything was taken care of or explained on how to fix it. If you need plumbers, this is the company you want and need!

I’m revising my review because overall I’m disappointed with what I paid for what was done, especially since one “repair” has actually not worked and made it worse.My review is not about Chris’ plumbing expertise. He may very well be an amazing plumber. My review is about the value of the service vs costs and lack of transparency, including not providing an itemized invoice with a breakdown of labor and materials and warranty information. In retrospect I was dissatisfied with paying almost $300 for minor repairs that were partially incomplete.
