Jason was fantastic - came out right on time and was super friendly and helpful. He told us exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix, as well as what was a must fix right now. The customer service team was awesome as well - Jessica was super friendly and the reason I went with Reliant in the first place. Would recommend.

10/10 recommend. They are very responsive- called me the same day I sent in a request and were at my house the next morning to repair my kitchen faucet. When the technician came in he worse coverings over his shoes, gloves, and a face mask. It made me feel more comfortable about having someone in my house during a pandemic. He addressed my issues with the faucet and told us best next steps if the issue presents itself again. I also think its great that the company is women owned- not something I see very often so when I do I hop on the opportunity to support them. So glad with the positive experience I had.

Very happy with the service I've received. I have used Neighborhood Plumbing several times and have been pleased. This time they fixed my leaking shower. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to use them and I recommend them too.

Ray was great, he was timely and was able fix the faucet very quickly.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
