Best Grease Trap Repair in Austin TX

We had our grandson over for Spring break and wouldn't you know it. His toilet clogged up. After finding out our regular plumber no longer does emergency service we contacted Roto-Rooter of Georgetown. They came when they said and FIXED the problem. Now I know if I have an emergency in the future who I will call FIRST.

During the Texas winter storm disaster, we weren't able to turn our water back on at the sewer level because the valve deep in the ground was broken. Travis and his team were able to come and completely replace the parts and had us back up and running. They were quick to respond, they knew exactly the parts to bring, and were in and out. We will only use them in the future!

Rgd A/C issue on 9 Sept 2022. Price Taggart from Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing arrived at the beginning of the service window, which I appreciated, and diagnosed and fixed the issue. Price Taggart was friendly and professional and did a great job.

Called about problems with our water heater. Austen got back to me within minutes. After describing what was going on he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he didn’t even need to come out but could walk us through it over the phone. My husband called later that evening when he got home from work and sure enough within minutes our water heater was back to working perfectly!! Not only that but he didn’t even charge us anything. So grateful for his honest, knowledgeable, and gracious help!! Will definitely be using them again!!!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
