Fast, friendly and thorough. Within an hour, I had the technician, the water mitigation person and the camera person all on site to help determine the cause of the sewer clog. Logan, the technician was patient and clearly explained everything before he started, including explaining some common causes of sewer issues and why he would look for those things first. CJ, the water mitigation specialist was VERY patient in answering my millions of questions about the water damage and what needed to happen. Finally, Devin came and was able to show me the issue with the camera and explain the approximate location of the issue to help pinpoint it and provided a thorough estimate and explanation on the repair. All in, they were here within an hour and fast and efficient and done with everything we could do immediately within 2 hours.

Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. I hired Davis Plumbing Services to remove my old tank water heater and replace it with a tankless water heater. Ray helped me with the selection of unit for my home and put me at ease on how he would complete the job. Ray took care of everything including the building of a wooden frame to mount the new water heater and all the plumbing for the water, gas and exhaust lines. The system he specified and installed worked out better than expected. Not only is my water hot it also comes to the tap faster than it did with my old water heater.
