The Zoom Drain guys are the best! They are professional, timely, and efficient. My experience from start to finish was 10/10 and I would definitely call them anytime I have a drainage issue and refer them to my friends. Their truck is fully outfitted so they come prepared to tackle any issue and are available 7 days a week. They are transparent about fees and communicative every step of the way.

I highly recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. Raymond and his assistant fixed a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom in a timely manner. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I've dealt with many dishonest plumbers. I can assure that Davis Plumbing would be our plumbing company if we weren't moving out of town. Customer service via the main number was great. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Similar experience to the other home warranty folks in these reviews. They came out and identified that my hot water heater had a leak. Then after my home warranty company ok the work they wanted to charge me for code upgrades. Which is fine b/c we should get up to code, but looking at the list:$300 for a drain pan at the bottom. $450 for an expansion tank install. $250 for t&p with copper fittings and $300 for a gas flex line. All in all $1300 to get it up to code. Are you kidding me???The parts alone cost less than $150!!!No way that's $1200 in labor for a 40 gallon tank replacement that two guys can knock out in 4 hours. Add to this the home warranty company would pay them $650 for the install and tank. So they'd profit almost 2K on a half day of work minus $150 in parts.Come on, this isn't rocket since. This breaks down to $462 per hour for labor charge with their reimbursement!Of course I did not use them, but this joke of a service made me laugh.The girl I spoke with on the phone was nice and responsive though so that was a plus. I guess they'll rip you off politely.Buyer beware.
