I do not recommend this company. There was an exterior leak at my elderly fathers home and they tried to take advantage of him charging double the amount. I called the main office and spoke to Millie who in a very rude tone told me that that was the going rate. She then offered to charge an hourly rate in lieu of the inflated rate but would not give a time estimate which seemed very suspicious to me. The technician also said he could not give an estimate either. I paid the $69 service fee just to get the technician to leave. I then called Classic Plumbing who sent out three technicians and charged half the price. So spare yourself the headache and SKIP 1st Home & Commercial when searching for quality affordable service.

Our outside AC unit stopped working and when I called, Marissa was able to get a contractor out that same day although everyone else was booked. Nikolas was able to come on a Saturday within a few hours and repair what needed to be done. He was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and let us know what we needed to have done in the future. He provided us with an estimate and gave us additional information on financing if needed. I would recommend Abacus for your HVAC service needs.

Carrier A/C was broken. What should have taken 2 days from date of service call took 9 days due to lack of training for first technician and lack of responsiveness from the parts department. I was connected to a dispatch manager once when I called with concerns, but two other calls to service manage to complain about service were never returned. The system was finally fixed by the second technician, who knew what he was doing. I'm not entirely sure I didn't pay about $1400 for parts I didn't need, as the second guy checked my drain when the $1200 system board was not talking to the system. When he cleared that, everything started booting up. I was so tired of being hot that I just paid, but will never use this company again.

Had sewage backup in our entire downstairs. They were able to come out immediately and Ryan was professional and explained everything and was able to clear the blockage so that we were able to use our downstairs bathrooms and kitchen and clothes washer again!

When I had a serious piping problem I was told that I should completely change all the elements, but I got advice from turbo plumbing and they only changed one pipe and everything was as good as new, great.

They were supposed to be Friday to replace my AC unit n still haven't shown up or called to tell me they weren't going to make it. I've called n left messages twice n haven't even gotten a call back. Not a reliable company. I would not depend on them for ur AC/heating needs

I first reached out to Efficient Plumbing last winter (after reading their online reviews) when I had to get a new gas heater installed. The guys were reasonable, professional, courteous and punctual. Then, this year I got my evap serviced and my split system installed and the experience was great again. They even cleaned up after they were done, it was like they were never there.Don't remember the names of the guys in their who installed the heater or would have written their names as well. James, Kirsten and Tyson were all great when they were here a few weeks back doing the service and install. And not to forget, Kudos to your team members who installed the gas heating last year.Keep it up Michael & team.

Don't call anyone else! Seriously, City Wide is the BEST in town. They are fast, friendly, honest and affordable. Mike is just fantastic. He always remembers us and is so friendly and quick! They rock!!! DO IT!!

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
