Abacus provided a thorough diagnosis of our HVAC system and gave a variety of bids for repair or replacement. (Note that the diagnosis costs $100.) Their bid for a new system to replace the 21-year-old existing one was the best of three companies which we contacted. They installed it on the next business day and did a complimentary cleaning of all our vents and ducts. The two technicians, Danny and Marco, were skilled, professional, and efficient. The Lennox system which they installed is rated slightly higher than Trane and Carrier. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a water softener that had stop functioning properly. The technician (Aaron Tomilson) came to the house and replaced the unit with a new higher capacity unit. He was very knowledgeable and did a vey good job of installation and cleanup. He also replaced my PRV which had just over 40 psi; which was the minimum for the unit he installed. Without getting a second quote; I had him also do that work, while he was at my house. After seeing what was involved in replacing the PRV, I determined that the $1000.52 price was excessive, unless the hourly rate for a plumber is north of $500.00 an hour, or the value for the value is priced multiple times that which selling on the internet. At this writing I have not received any documentation regarding the PRV value.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone and was told that the cost for a clogged toilet was $83. By the time the plumber got here, the toilet had unclogged itself and he didn’t have to do anything AT ALL. He was in and out of my house in 3 minutes, and charged me $250. Do NOT trust what they quote you over the phone - total rip off!

A/C Stopped working overnight so I called Citywide at 8:30 am. They had Jake at my house by 9:00 and problem diagnosed/repaired by 9:45. Jake did a great job - a quick capacitor change and we were up and running. He then did a full inspection and made some further recommendations. I enjoyed having Jake - he was friendly, very informative, and didn't talk down to me. He had the attitude of a teacher, and it's clear he wants his customers to be knowledgable in what is going on with their system. Great service and great pricing and great speed.

You never want to have plumbing issues, but when you do it's good to have the peace-of-mind that you have a great plumber you can rely on. Christian is that plumber. Christian fixed a leak by our city shut-off valve and went above-and-beyond to install a box with an easily-accessible shut-off. Also, when I ran into trouble with a dishwasher uninstall and install and had to shut off the water to the house, Christian came in a hurry, fixed the issue quickly, and installed the dishwasher. He's a real professional, and a nice, good person. We are appreciative and will be using Adept Plumbing in the future.

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
