Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. He arrived at the property early and did such a stellar job especially considering how hot and humid it currently is in Central Texas. He called my husband to see if he had any additional questions after I expressed some confusion regarding some questions my husband had. He even texted me after the job was done to let me know it was completed and when we would have hot water again. Huge markup and not straight with the customer. Ruben is not transparent with his quotes. For instance, he doesn't tell you the exact model or parts needed unless you insist. When I managed to make him name the exact model and hardware he was going to use, it became apparent that he wanted to sell them to us at 150% of retail price. And that doesn't even include labor, which was insanely priced (+2 grand for labor alone for a tankless installation).I would say, don't let his friendly and no-nonsense attitude fool you.

Doing a remodeling project and discovered a leak. I had 5 guys working on this project and the leak put a quick stop to their efforts. Called Eric and he immediately routed Bobby to me. It turned out to not be a big deal, but Eric’s quick service kept my project moving forward!

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
