I had been with no hot water for a week and my warranty company couldn't get me a plumber so I called. Roto-Rooter on Friday and they came on Saturday and fixed my problem. The technician was very sweet and very polite, he did the job efficiently . My family and I were very happy customers.

I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor.His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. ET is extra-terrific! We've used ET several times and always been happy with the work but this time they provided truly exceptional service. In the middle of Austin's infrastructure meltdown, they got a crew to us despite power outages, downed trees, and traffic chaos. Bobby and Joe worked for hours to replace our dead water heater and save our floors from flooding. We live in an older house, so the jobs sometimes involve old iron pipe and decades of amateur plumbing, but ET always does the job with professionalism and quality. It doesn't hurt that they also have the coolest logo and website in the business. Absolutely recommend them.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with CT and EZ Flow Plumbing.Prices were more than competitive. When CT first showed up, he worked extremely hard to try and find our main water line for a soft water loop installation. Our builder gave us some really bad information, and CT spent hours trying to find the main water line based off their inaccurate locations.We called it a day, and I ended up buying some wall scanning devices, thermal imaging devices, and even a stethoscope to try to find this pipe on my own time. CT offered to do anything he could to help find that pipe, but eventually I was able to get some good information from other homeowners in my community. The builders estimates were not even close to the actual location of the water line, and it would have costed us probably hundreds in repairs if we started cutting through the wall to find it.CT and his crew came out, assessed everything, and scheduled to follow up asap to complete the loop work. They were always a pleasure to have around, extremely polite, professional, and super friendly. Everything looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the price and the incredible attention to detail on making this process super smooth and as efficient as possible despite the misleading direction we were given initially from my builder.If you have any hesitations, look no further!
