Best Complete Plumbing System in Austin TX
I had such a great experience with Benjamin and his team I felt compelled to share. I had a leak coming from my water heater, turns out it was a water pressure issue and I didn’t need a new heater! I was so impressed with the knowledge and honesty during visit. Benjamin went over some options and concerns with me and I had him do the work the same day. It was a refreshing experience that you won’t get with your typical contractor!

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

The guys showed up on schedule with the right tools, right parts and a great attitude! They did exactly what I was looking for and even put on a fitting I had acquired ahead of time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will use them again. Thanks guys!

My hot water heater was leaking water... I called about 7 different places and AAA was the only one that could get someone out the next day. Paul Schultz and Juan were awesome! They came in and immediately identified the problem, they were quick and clean and I really appreciated them! In addition, I thought the price to be very fair. I highly recommend using these guys and will keep them in my services rolodex going forward!

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Drivers should be better trained. Was driving home today and one of your drivers in the larger van you have pulled right in front of me in on coming traffic. My light was green, he was doing a right turn (which should have been treated as a yield, NOT right of way) out of the QT off Dell way/Mays street and barely paused and looked at me. Although he saw me coming, he continued to pull right in front of me. Could’ve caused us to collide and my children were in the car. There was another smaller van following him that I’m sure can collaborate the story.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I scheduled an appointment with O&M Plumbing last week to help with a leaky toilet, to re-light a pilot light and to help reset a water filter. Ben Morgan let me know a window/estimate of when he would arrive a day in advance. And, he showed up on time! Not only that but in a matter of just a few minutes he had narrowed down the potential issues and provided cost estimates for each. About an hour later he had all of the issues completely fixed and even offered to help locate a very hard to find filter for our older water filter system. Super professional, top notch people. I highly recommend O & M Plumbing Services Inc.

Service seemed good at the time but after replacing my sewer line off my one bathroom they left the mainline barely coupled together with no glue so the line collapsed as the soil which wasn't refilled right, sank. This popped open the line and allowed it to slant backwards dramatically. Then the tree roots recently got into the line through the one opening. Absolutely preventable and ridiculous amateurism for almost $8,000
