Make sure you ask lots of questions before using this company. Here's why. I asked to have a plumber dispatched for a new electric water heater that did was not producing hot water. Fast plumbing charge $218 dollars for a diagnostic call. I agreed to the amount.A plumber and apprentice came by in less than an hour. Both people diagnosed the problem as a low voltage or fuse problem. Needless to say fuse issues are outside of their job. However (most) plumbers understand to turn off/on switch was near the water heater was off. In my case my switch was never turned on. This manor issue was missed by the master plumber and apprentice. I called the office hoping to come to a monetary compromise but the office manager refused to take responsibility this BASIC plumbing oversight.

Called a few plumbers based on neighborhood reviews and Beatrice hit me up first to get the details. They finished a job around noon and would be able to help me after that.They came in and identified the leak quickly, and I had water again in a few hours. It was a PEX line that had developed cracks and a pinhole leak. Christian informed me of the manufacturers warranty (25 years) and let me know of the steps to take. Very informative.While working through the invoice at the end he asked me to bring the dogs in and of course the doges loved them as well. To the point where my dogs are packing bags and planning an escape tonight. Jerkface dogs...I really enjoyed and appreciate this duo. Please give them all the money. That is all.
