Alex and Ruben were great! They isolated the leak and a few days later came to repair it. They were very professional, wore masks and shoe sleeves, and talked with me every step of the way on what they were going to do next. I certainly don't hope to run into anymore plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call!

Pure plumbing is fantastic! Our grinder alarm went off and Mark came out to look at it the next day. Mark was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and did excellent work! We couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience! Highly recommend!

Great experience:I had three different hvac companies come out and look at my system. Having worked over the summer on a/c systems while in college years ago I learned a lot about a/c systems. Jeff from efficient air did not lie to me like the other two did that being said it would be in your best interest to have them out to look at your system. Also, there repair was $1000.00 less than the others. Don't get ripped off by the others. Go with Efficient Air Conditioning.

Christian and Beatrice are indeed two of the finest people I have met on this planet. All the reviews stating how nice they are, are absolutely correct. Yes, they love dogs as a bonus.My wife noticed that her chair was making carpet swamp noises when moving around in her office as I was making breakfast. Immediately tracked it down to a leak. I shut the water off to the house and released the remaining pressure by turning the hose on and spraying it out. Called a few plumbers based on neighborhood reviews and Beatrice hit me up first to get the details. They finished a job around noon and would be able to help me after that.They came in and identified the leak quickly, and I had water again in a few hours. It was a PEX line that had developed cracks and a pinhole leak. Christian informed me of the manufacturers warranty (25 years) and let me know of the steps to take. Very informative.While working through the invoice at the end he asked me to bring the dogs in and of course the doges loved them as well. To the point where my dogs are packing bags and planning an escape tonight. Jerkface dogs...I really enjoyed and appreciate this duo. Please give them all the money. That is all.

ET Plumbing saved the day, again! A few years ago we had a major event and we needed help fast. Eric and his crew came out the same day and took care of it. Last week, when we needed a plumber again, we had no hesitation about who to call. Again, the work was done very well. It's comforting to know that you have a person to call when you need work done in your house...worth its weight in gold!

Had a great experience with The Plumbinator! I have a large family who like to take a lot of hot showers and we were running out of hot water all the time. Mickey walked me through the process of getting a tankless water heater installed and was patient and kind with all my many questions! The tankless is awesome and we can use our hot water as much as we want now. Highly recommend.

Professional and convenient

I had Best Austin Handyman out for a high-end bathroom remodel. After tearing through a handful of other GC's and contractors, I found BAH on referral from a friend. Pricing is upfront, communication is great, and Barrett's guys show up when they say they are. We had a few small issues come up during and after the remodel and we worked through them together. Our bathroom looks dazzling. Since the remodel, I've used BAH for smaller projects at my rental properties and I appreciate the swiftness of response and execution on those projects. I plan to continue to use Barrett and his team until they tire of me :)
