I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Jon from ABC was excellent. He communicated with us about everything and was very quick about fixing our leak on a Saturday night. The woman at the call center was also wonderful,. She kept track of where Jon was on his jobs and got him out that same evening.

I found Manuel through the company’s Facebook page and I have no regrets. I got an appointment super fast and Manuel was on time the two times he was out my house to complete some electrical work. Manuel did a great job with all the electrical work I needed done in my home. The fandelier, pendant light and vanity lights turned out so beautiful. Also hung my tv and helped hide the wires behind the wall, see photos!

Sergio feels like a part of the family. He is personable, professional, and peaceful. My wife has a much better peace of mind knowing that our house will be taken care better than I can by ourselves (and so am I). We normally wait around the calendar for family or friends with know-how to show up to do things beyond my competence, but it feels way better to know we have a neighbor close, when our brother is far away. We left our visit excited (and relieved) for our next PreFix visit.
