Excellent company! Benjamin was a wonderful plumber to work with. He was straight-forward with his assessments and estimations. Everyone I worked with at the company was responsive, on time, fast, and communicative.I was having issues with a sub-par tankless water heater. Benjamin was able to assess the problem, provide a solution, order a new water heater, and have it completely installed within 2 weeks. They were very detailed and did a clean and professional job. I was directed to Mr. Rooter via a customer support site for our tankless water heater company. We reached out to 4 licensed installers and Mr. Rooter was the only one to answer us. A rep came out to the house the next day to do an assessment. Our Rinnai tankless had a busted copper section due to icepocalypse and the turnaround time for a replacement was 1-2 months. Mr. Rooter suggested using a different company as they were getting some stock in that week. I was a little skeptical that this was just a ploy to get us locked in and that inventory would not be available. I was happily wrong. Mr Rooter contacted us within a week as promised, setup an AM install, came on time, and got the water heater up and running. We are very pleased with their very professional and honest approach to doing business. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

I have used Thunderbird Plumbing twice so far, and both experiences were great. Once for installing a water shutoff valve for a refrigerator, and the other to replace a PRV. They are responsive and gave very reasonable quotes over the phone and provided top quality work, as well as being super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again for future needs.

We gave ABC a call around 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon because it sounded like our garbage disposal was humming but not disposing. Worse, the disposal was leaking water under the sink. ABC had someone available that afternoon and by 3:30pm, our serviceman, Lorenzo, had finished the work, having completed the installation of a new disposal. Competent, efficient service and on short notice to boot.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.
