They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

Sr Tech Leon Parker was Outstanding. He called before and informed me of his ETA. Whe he arrived I showed hin the unit and left him to his work. With in 1/2 an hour he checked cleaned and serviced the unit that Griffen installed in 2018.
I like and will couninue ro have my unit serviced by Griffen. Thank you.

Dan and his assistant (apologies for not remembering his name) were great! My father used Snyder’s services about a month ago, and when my own system began to struggle I knew exactly who to call. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Installed a water heater and flushed a second one in my home. Kept me informed at every step and pointed me to a possible problem with my water softener causing sediment in the water heaters. Definitely will be recommending to others!
