Our garbage disposal broke and we had another company come out. They quoted us over $500 to fix the disposal but tried to upsell us, stating we need to replace our water softener and two water tanks, which we didn’t ask or thought needed replacing. Quoted for 6k when we just needed a new disposal.I had B&G come out and do a second opinion. They replaced our disposal, for $200 less than original quoted from a different company. They also reaffirmed that our tanks were completely fine and fixed our water softener.I was very pleased with them and felt they are an honest company doing right by customers. They have a loyal customer for life.

It was a full 4 day job and they were terrific. We just moved in and had them do a 360 inspection install 3 new toilets find a leak install water softner filter and leak detection systems install new faucets and fix valves where required

They were able to make an appointment with me and install my new AC unit very quickly. They were thorough in going through the different options and discussing what would be best for my house. I'm also happy with their warranties and professional guarantees regarding future maintenance and services.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
