I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Same day service. Friendly communications from office. Plumber arrived the time given. Work was done in reasonable amount of time. Area very clean after complete. Couldn't of asked for better service from beginning to end.

I called the companies main office and spoke with a lovely lady who scheduled a call for a review of the work that I was looking to have completed. My visit was scheduled with a technician a few weeks out due to how busy they were, which was absolutely fine, but they asked if there was a cancellation would I be open to a sooner visit and I said sure. Within ten days (including the weekend) I received a call that they could move up my visit date. Great!!When the technician came, he was just wonderful in reviewing what I wanted and then giving me some possibilities about adding a bathroom to my barn. No pressure, just fantastic information from a qualified technician. I then received a follow up call from the office, giving me an aprox time to expect to hear from them regarding my estimate. This meeting and subsequent follow up was a definite 5 star experience. Should I use this plumbing group I will definitely write a new review with my experience on the job.

Outstanding service from the guys at Griffin Service. My sales person Roberto is the reason I had my ducks cleaned. He did a great job letting me know why I needed to have the service done. The tech was very good, and did a good job putting my house back like it was. I will continue using Griffin and also recommend them to my friends.

Our sales representative John Greenwood was very knowledgeable of the systems and explained everything so that we understood what product exactly we were getting. The installer Jacob did an awesome job with the install and was very thorough. Even asking questions of how we would like the equipment.
