Always a fantastic and truly professional job.once again we needed some help with a repair to our home and we figured since we have been using Snyder heating and air for the past 10 years and now they also do electrical and plumbing, we gave them a try. The tech Ronald Mckinnon, arrived right on schedule and after about 15 minutes was sure he knew what the problem was. he took care of everything and got us back up and running like new. Kyle and his team are wonderful to work with. They show up on time and clean up after the job. They completed a huge job for me on time and on budget. They even stayed after hours to make sure the job was complete in one day, when most would have probably left me without HVAC until the next day. I am a customer for life.

I am a veteran of 30 years who was introduced from a fellow veteran roughly 4 years ago to the service Griffin provides. At the time I had a service provider who was sub par in nearly all areas. Low and behold I have been with Griffin since. All of the services are TOP SHELF WHITE GLOVE type of treatment. From booking the appointment to completion of the job. I am a loyal Griffin Club member and would not want anyone else to maintain the productive efficiency of the products in my home. I upgraded my entire HVAC system nearly a year ago with them and getting service completed today by DAVID who was outstanding also!! Thank you Griffin for being a company that I can trust!

I had the unfortunate experience of being completely run off the road by one of their drivers. I had to swerve and hit a curb to avoid crashing into him. The driver definitely knew what he did. He did not bother stopping to see if I was ok. Also, I would like to add, the U-turn he did was illegal.My car ended up with a flat tire,bent and a bent control arm it was a lot of money to fix! The company will not help me because I did not file a police report. I should have called the police. Any company that allows their drivers to drive recklessly is not a company I would allow in my home. There are many plumbing companies to choose from. I would not allow this company in my home.The experience I had with this driver was unacceptable. If I was management at this company I certainly would have done more then what they did. Which was nothing.
