UPDATE: 5/27/2022 ANOTHER 5 STARSWe have been on the preferred maintenance program at Donovan (3+ years now). On the phone and in person always a great experience. They ALWAYS contact us when it is time for our next maintenance and have kept our system in great shape. Last week we had to call for the first time for a service call, they came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part the same day (when it was 100 degrees out). Jamison L. was our service technician, he thoroughly went over the diagnosis and returned later that afternoon to replace the faulty part. Super impressed with Jamison, he is an asset to your company as well as every other team member we have been in contact with. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK DONOVAN!ALL of my neighbors use Donovan so I decided to give them a try for maintenance. WOW, very pleased with the service! Greg arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Donovan Heat & Air to all of my friends, family, and neighbors.

CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! Harold was quick to respond about our needs to install a new septic system. I saw 30+ great reviews on Harold and Clay County Master Plumbing. The reviews all spoke about Harold’s expertise and kind demeanor. The system is just as Harold described. He planned out the system along with the owner of the mobile home moving company to optimize the drainage from the home and the best positioning of the home and septic system. Harold accomplished our goals while saving us $2,500 more than any of the other 3 estimates we got for the same exact job. Beyond Excellent.

Sent a total 3 different plumbers for 1 simple job.. my bathtub is worse off than before with 4 extra issues I didn’t have before.. posted my issue and rant on a community Facebook page and had a random guy I didn’t know point out the issue from a picture and fixed everything in a hour... do yourself a favor and call a reputable company and stay far away from these guys

I called late on Saturday afternoon for a kitchen drain clog. They responded and were here within an hour and took care of the problem. Very reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.
