Best Routine Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

What can I say but Awesome. We had a lot of work to be done and they really stepped up. Frank and Damon were great. All the guys were great. Estimate was free. Price was reasonable.

I don’t know what their work is like for homes, but they are definitely not qualified for commercial at any level. I am a fair business owner and professional, but they should have never accepted this “gig”. Not employees fault.

James Alford always arrives on time and is very courteous. He is informative with explaining potential problems to be aware of and offers cost saving solutions. He has been our maintenance tech for several years and it's been a pleasure having him work on our HVAC system. I would highly recommend James and Donovan Heat & Air.
