Called Roto Rooter after hours with a clogged pipe and sewage backup. Within 5 minutes, a plumber was on their way. They arrived when they said they would. Our plumber Steve was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner. We will be calling RR for all of our future plumbing needs!

We had metro rooter come out about a week ago for some septic issues. When they where probing around they hit our water line. It started as a slow leek but continued to get worse. We called and told them what was going on. They sent someone out the same day. They fixed the problem quickly and for no charge. Very responsive I highly recommend.

I called them last night because a pipe broke at my house. They were here at 8:00 am this morning, and got the job done at a very good price with great professionalism. I will definitely use them again and would 100% recommend it to friends and family.

2Months later their outstanding customer service they brag about has not motivated to botched job they did at my house. Doors cut to short doors that will not close bifold doors you can’t open.... beware of this company especially since they use bait and switch tactics. Offering a certificate of credit for 150 dollars then never adjust the bill to reflect the discount.... rip off report!!

Refused to do the work requested. Insisted on entering House when all i wanted was for them to use the roof vents and clear the downstream pipes out. Said he had to come inside, which is not true and I am not going to risk my sister's life so he can look at a sinkI was willing to pay if what I asked them to do if it worked or notAdded: I was instructed by my sister to not let anyone in, as she has a health condition, the job was to snake out from the roof vent, nothing else was required, I am sorry your company was unable to do this simple job. Maybe add to your company's info that you will not do requested work if you find it too hardAnd you were not here three days ago, making stuff up now? Why are you lying about this?
