The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

Went to Home Depot to buy and get a new hot water heater installed since my current was flooding my garage. Home Depot initiated a service request using this company to provide a consultation/install of a new water heater. After three days from never hearing anything from them I canceled the inquiry with Home Depot and called a local plumbing company that was much more responsive and resolved the issue immediately.After seeing so many negative 1 star reviews about this company, I'm shocked Home Depot still provides these services through them.

Andy was a spot on professional. Super detailed. Prompt estimate and follow up. The other contractors on our job site even noted to me the care and detail he had in his work. They said it was rare. I highly recommend All Fix N’Clear plumbing.I contacted them because my sink stop wouldnt work properly.Eric did find a leak under my bathroom sink and kitchen garbage disposal, which was causing water damage.I am very happy with All Fix N’ Clear plumbing , they were on time , professional, friendly , and didn’t have any hidden fees.

Good people and honest

We needed a simple shower faucet repair...sent multiple requests via Yelp. Mike responded quickly with a quote over text with some pics, while most other responders wanted a call the next day...which would just add more time to the process. Mike committed to a price, and a Saturday afternoon appointment, just before Christmas but most importantly only a couple days from my request. He showed up on time (not very common these days, it seems) and did great work very quickly. It turned out the prior plumbers (during our reno) had not installed the moen valve sleeve, and that led to my faucet failure and meant my replacement part could not be installed without one. Mike tracked down the part for me the next morning and showed up on a Sunday (who does that anymore?) to finish the job. Personable, reliable, and competent...all things I look for in a contractor working for me. And the cost...exactly what he quoted plus the part (with NO markup). No surprises, just good solid work. Can't say enough good about Mike and he'll be my go-to plumber in the future should I need one.

If you look at the other reviews on here you will see the OWNER LIKES TO YELL AND CURSE AT PEOPLE. THIS IS BECAUSE THE OWNER IS A WEAK MINDED ALCOHOLIC. HE IS A TELEPHONE BADASS WHO IS NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO YELL AND CURSE AT SOMEONE IN PERSON. Extremely weak man reliant on external substances. The work is consistently sub-par. Travis and Joe do the job correctly about 50% of the time. Plenty of other plumbers in Jax that do great work for the same price THE FIRST TIME AND YOU DON'T GET YELLED AT. BEWARE! Not a good business! Notice how run down and trashy the vans look. Read other reviews DO NOT USE! Time and money wasted. Unreliable service.

Called after hours and left a message. Next morning I set up my appointment for the same day, they found my leak in less than 20 minutes and fixed it. Fast, professional and considering the cost of having to put water in my pool every 3-4 days well worth the cost. Make sure to do a bucket test first to be sure it's a leak. I highly recommend calling them if you suspect a leak.
