Best Regular Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. It is for a real estate closing and we had very specific parameters. We also had an owner that is out of the area. Payment was arranged successfully, and the technicians arrived on time. Be careful they quoted one rate and then they get onto the house and give you a different rate and when they are done surprise rate is even higher....quoted 300.00 and ended with 454.00

Will and Gerald did a great job of demo-ing the old bathroom today. The steel tub that was originally ordered had dents/damage that would eventually rust/spread but they were able to get a same size (different brand/different material) replacement for the damaged tub from a big box store same day to keep the install on track. Very tidy in their work and kept the house clean.

This was an amazingly responsive company. They were out the day I called for service. Their guys showed up as promised and ready to work! Other companies were telling me they couldn’t get out for days. Would highly recommended them, 10 out of 10 service! We Will be calling the gator from now on!
