This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! He was in constant communication with me on every step he was doing and was entertaining while doing it. This is my new go to place for any plumbing needs!

We lost hot water and, being new to the area, didn't have a plumber. I spent a frustrating time trying to find someone who could / would service a tankless water heater. When I finally called Swift Brothers Samantha was friendly and helpful, finding an option for service the same day. Brian was our plumber - timely, professional, and friendly, even when our problem proved vexing. He persisted and was able to restore hot water service. I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this company one of their company vehicles almost ran me off the road today when I was trying to merge on the 295 I had my 1 year old in the back seat. The driver was either insanely distracted or under the influence and it's only a matter of time before he causes a major wreck. Im very disappointed and will never hire them for any services based off the quality of people they employ.

These are just the nicest people to deal with and very competent. I wouldn't call anybody else.

Mr. Joe Cook checked everything if our unit still under warranty since it’s not them installed it but we kept using snyder because its easy to call for service. Since it’s not under warranty and they kept going back because always problem he suggested to get our unit replaced with 10 year warranty parts and service after checking some numbers my husband and I decided to replaced it since we kept paying much for repairs.

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.
