Roto-Rooter did an excellent, honest job. Not knowing plumbing, I could easily have been convinced a large repair was needed. Instead, my technician took his time and did a thorough review, ultimately finding a small and easy repair that was needed. I will definitely use them going forward.

Technician came over for the annual maintenance. Everything were good. As an improvement/preventive measure. the technician advised to install an additional capacitor (start up kit) and the total cost for this was $389 (after membership discount). I paid and then I found exactly the same part on Amazon was only $84.95. So I was charged for EXTRA $300 for a 5-min installation.I was very disappointed. I trusted Donovan for years and this company treated me like a fool.I called the customer service and now I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Will see how it goes.BTW, the technician was great. Very nice and professional. Checked everything thoroughly. Thanks for this.

We had a new dishwasher installed and the old one removed. The plumber was very skilled, thorough and quick. We also had a water valve replaced behind our fridge and the tech went the extra mile to be sure the new valve didn't leak. The original quote the tech gave us of $250 did not change even though he had to run for a part.
