We own a business and our public restroom had a major leak on a Friday afternoon. I called Griffin and the repair man was there within 10 minutes of me opening Saturday morning. Figured out the problem within minutes and had it fixed and up and running really quickly. Courteous, responsive, I will definitely be using them again!

Griffin did not follow through on scheduled appointment, saying they had a policy that the business owner had to call directly or they wouldn't come out. The business owner pays me, the general manager, to handle such things, and I've never had any problem before. I think the tech just didn't want to do it, so they made up a ridiculous policy. Called someone else.

Called them the remove old storm damaged fencing on two sides of the house and an old deck. I sent pics. Without even seeing the job in person, Scott quoted me $3400.00. If I wasn't disabled, I do it myself. Two grown men could knock this job out in half a day.
