Purchased a Jacuzzi bath tub years ago, and they did the installation along with other items when we did an addition on one of our homes. The whirlpool jets stopped working a couple years ago. I called in to ask if they did that sort of repair, or knew who does. They said they don't and to go search the internet to find someone and couldn't provide any further information. I was hoping since we bought if from them, they installed it, and carried the brand, they may have a recommendation. They provided no help. We won't be using them on our next remodel we are about to begin.

David helped me decided the best water heater for my home. As real as it could get, there was a leaking pipe after installation, he came out and fixed it, even to find out he had a flat tire trying to get here.
