Our water heater is 27 years old. We felt we were on borrowed time. Checked into a installation company that I had seen on TV many times. No BBB rating. Found Griffin Services and gave them a call. The 1st tech out, John T., gave us an estimate. 2nd tech,Justin H., was the install man. Both techs were very friendly and answered all questions. I would certainly recommend Griffin Services to anyone.

Very knowledgeable. Stated that it was worth repairing and he had great info on upgrading the system as it is 17 years old. Went above and beyond on explaining some existing issues that answered some questions I had previously. Courteous, organized and down to earth. Will request Keith again.
