I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I couldn’t be happier with all the work they have done. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, are professional, and provide great value for their price. We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.
