We needed to update our duct work and have heat returns installed. Griffin Service had done other work for us so it was natural to go to them for this. They kept us up to date on when our materials were going to arrive, prompt on scheduling around our needs (we are fostering kittens and needed to make plans for them) for the actual install. The work took the three days they told us it would. The crew arrived promptly in the morning each day, and did amazing work. Always let us know when they finished for the day what was left, and extremely polite. And they left the work space in the garage spotless and organized each day. I even believe the floor was cleaner when they were done than when they started! Will definitely keep using Griffin Service in the future.

I called Snyder to assist with installation of a shower fan exhaust and light combo that required an electrician. I was scheduled within the service the following day. Mark was on time, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Snyder.

They did a great job fixing the plumbing on my trailer. It's so backed up and terrible just deplorable living conditions. But by the time I walked back here after (finally) receiving the phone call that Jason would be there to fix it he was already outside here doing work! He waited and didn't leave. Thank goodness, because St.John's property had been avoiding my place and fixing it because they knew the well water sewer system was so backed up here. Kind respectful considerate of my experience here and I would highly recommend Brian and Jason from Bert Norman's Plumbing and the entire company to fix anything that is wrong with your place. Great customer service skills with everyone who I dealt with. I would NOT recommend renting from St.John's properties out of any of their places but I'm located in Nassau County Florida on Amelia Island. My place has been RUINED because of the backed up plumbing issues. Thanks again to Bert Norman's Plumbing

Dustin from Griffin repaired my 30-year old gas fireplace and it works GREAT!!! The initial visit was timely and the first technician gave me a quote and put the part on order. When the part came in, Dustin did the repair/installation of the new part, and my fireplace is back in action! He was very cordial and super professional, cleaned up as he worked, vacuumed after he was done, and overall went above and beyond what I would have expected. I highly recommend Griffin for gas fireplace repair!

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.
