I got a free estimate on Monday and called them on Wednesday to install my electric water heater. They came out on Thursday promptly at noon. The plumber Mark was so respectful and explained what he was doing and the cost. He contacted the electricians Michael and Kyler to do the electrical work, which was done as efficiently as the plumbing was done. Three great guys that convinced me I will be using Snyder from now on.

We have been a customer with Donovan Heating & Air for almost 8 years now, and can't imagine ever needing to switch. They helped us with our new unit purchase when we first bought our home and have been regularly servicing it ever since! Setting up the service visits is always super easy, the technician is always timely on arriving for the appointment, is always very polite, and the actual service/repair is complete. Dave B came out this afternoon to inspect our system that is not cooling all rooms equally. He went through and measured the air flow and temps from every vent then went back and made adjustments as needed. This seems to have done a good job but he went on to explain how the return air vents are not performing up to par the way they are installed and explained a solution and provided an estimate for that work but suggested we wait for a hot day to see how the current adjustments really work before jumping in to the other work. That is why we stopped using McGowan and started using Griffin, first - they return calls, second - when they come out they are professional and thorough. Thanks again !!
